Welcome to ADHD Coaching-Career Coaching with Ellen Berkman

I am writing to share my experience working with Ellen. She is an amazing coach — flexible, insightful, caring, fun, and a great listener. So far over the past ten weeks, we have worked through a variety of topics, including social interactions, personal relationships, public speaking preparation, perfectionism, managing cognitive overload, and domestic responsibilities. With each challenge, Ellen has immediately risen to the task, providing the structure and wisdom that has enabled me to grow tremendously as an individual. She has a knack for distilling complex topics into an easy-to-digest fashion and offers further insights when appropriate.

Since working with her my life has improved significantly, and I am always looking forward to our next session. I couldn't imagine working with a better guide!

As a recent college graduate, our son was living at home and struggling to transition to independent adulthood — personally, socially, and professionally. While our support as parents was well-intentioned, we realized he needed guidance from someone other than us. Ellen provided the structure, accountability, and encouragement he needed to turn his potential into action. She helped him build the confidence and skills to secure his first full-time job and move into a place with a roommate.

Just as important, Ellen kept us informed throughout the process while always reinforcing our son's independence. Seeing him thrive has been incredibly rewarding, and we credit much of that growth to Ellen. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone facing a meaningful personal or professional transition.

Ellen truly loves providing expert support to each individual on their specific path to professional success. The formal terms of her job description could not possibly capture the way that Ellen lights up at the opportunity to support, guide, and encourage the students under her direction. She has been indispensable to my success.
